Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring safety & security of the mall, customers, retailer`s staff, handling the outsourced team, strict vigilance, asset protection and loss prevention.
• Responsible for ensuring customer delight, relationship management and maintain ambiance of the mall Assisting the customers and retailers ,anticipating and understanding their needs
• Co-ordinating with mall manager and other departments for making necessary arrangements for trading, Stock transporting
• Patrol commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
• Responsible to improve relations with tenants and occupiers
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences and reporting on daily basis to Mall Manager
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons in co-ordination with Mall Manager
• Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
• Responsible for fire and safety operations and CCTV Monitoring/Arrangement of car Parking/Proper guidance to customers regarding Exit and Entry and regarding all other facilities and services applicable on need basis.
• Responsible for generating up to date reports as necessary for Mall Manger.
• Responsible to generate report on daily basis regarding Foot falls in both ground and first floor and also to make report on vehicle count separately for cars and two wheelers.
• Responsible for Security/Car parking/ CCTV.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all the Housemen & maids are present
• Check the grooming of the staff
• Brief the team regarding the work schedule
• Allocate the work according to the schedule
• Check with Mall manager for any specific job to be done
• Go through the complaint register
• Co ordinate with team to resolve the complaints
• Carry out regular monitoring of the areas & boys
• Ensure restroom checklists are followed religiously
• Ensure all the registers are being maintained properly
• Report to AFM in the event of any major / minor breakdown which would adversely impact operations.
• Ensure all safety guidelines/requirements are met.
• Review all checklists on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations
• Periodically check/amend checklists, operation steps, and material consumption analysis.
• co-ordinate for purchase of environmental materials, consumables & equipment and maintain optimum stocks.
• Shall conduct internal inspections to improve the overall services
• Ensure that the entire premise is hygienically maintained by way of adhering to good housekeeping standards
• Ensure that the response time is maintained for all requests/complaints
• Take periodic feedback from retailers & Mall manager.
• Give training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipme
• Co-ordinate and arrange staff for cleaning foot court /toilets/ common area/showrooms
• Responsible to present data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and prepares periodic reports.
• Arrange necessary alternatives for cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage
